Uxco Group, an investor, developer and operator of student and co-living real-estate (PBSA) in France majority owned by Brookfield, has announced its first acquisition outside of the Paris region with the purchase of a major co-living development near Geneva.

Balfour Beatty Investments (BBI), part of leading international infrastructure group, Balfour Beatty, has unveiled proposals for a flagship student living scheme at 8 Torwood Close, in Westwood Heath, Coventry. The plans, which are now subject to a consultation, will provide approximately 780 student bedrooms across two buildings as well as shared cluster rooms for students, and a range of amenities.

Switzerland, Bubendorf: The beginning of the development of housing for seniors

19 new apartments for seniors with 2½ and 3½ rooms are being built in the Sappeten / Sonneckstrasse area in Bubendorf. The Paul Schwob Foundation, which has implemented a similar settlement in Liestal at the Brunnmatt care center, is investing approximately 8.5 million francs in Bubendorf.

US, Falls Church: Senior Living Development Proposal The Focus Of Walking Tour

A proposed development with senior living and retail in Falls Church will be discussed during a walking tour next Monday, July 10. The Quinn and Homestretch development is a proposal at 350 and 360 S Washington St. and 303 S Maple Ave. The proposal is centered around 226 senior living units, including 140 independent living units, 55 assisted living units and 31 memory care units.

Germany, Lieck: A lot of new space for the elderly is being created in Heinsberg
