Instone Real Estate has completed a residential complex with 459 micro-apartments and 840 m² of commercial space in the St. Peter district of Nuremberg and sold it to Patrizia for its student housing portfolio.

The largest is a two-block student accommodation-led scheme on Watkin Road on the northern edge of the £3 billion Wembley Park development area which surrounds Wembley Stadium. The northern site has been earmarked for a 21-storey tower containing 200 student rooms, while its shorter neighbour would comprise a stepped block of part 18 and part six storeys containing a further 419 student rooms and 1,500 sq m of commercial space.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (BNP Paribas REIM) Germany has acquired the nursing home Am Hinterdeich 4 in Stade for the European Healthcare Property Fund, which was launched in 2020. The official opening of the long-term care facility with a total of 131 care places took place on 1 June. The investment volume amounted to approx. 17 million euros.
