The nearly $40 million project was led by Ikenakea Development, a partnership between 3 Leaf Holdings and the Hawaiian Community Development Board. The building contains 105 units – 80 studios and 25 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units.
France, Saint-Denis: First stone laid for the Velours blanc residence

The construction of the future Velours blanc residence began this Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in the Bas de la Rivière district, in Saint-Denis. A total of 50 social apartments of type 72 will be built on a plot of 1,500 m2, as well as parking spaces, bicycle storage, or even a pétanque field for seniors will come out of the ground by the end of 2024.
