Condominiums in Berlin declined only slightly (-0.2%), while rents went up 5% over the past three months and 19.7% over the past year.

The green light is set to be given for a new 455 home development on field land in Bedworth. Last year, Richborough Estates, in partnership with the Nicholas Chamberlaine School Foundation, put in the application for a large swathe of land on Hospital Lane. Now officers at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are recommending that the application, which is for up 455 homes, a District Centre including up to 55 senior living units and associated infrastructure and open space, is given the go-ahead.

According to plan, G + S Bau GmbH, as the builder and developer, has just started the new construction of a senior center with 51 units in Würzburger Straße on the 5,500 square meter site of the old Rewe market and the residential building at number 58, which has been cleared of building fabric. The construction period is 18 months.
