Europe: European resi sector has €64 billion in fresh capital for investment

France, Lille: Plans to build 31-storey student tower above Victorian warehouse approved

Spain, Seville: Building permit for a student macro-residence in La Cartuja

A new building for university students on the Isla de la Cartuja. The Urban Planning Department will grant a building permit this week for the construction of a student residence with six floors, one of them underground, 572 rooms and a swimming pool. The developer is Fauragarbi Investments, SL, which acquired the land.

UK, London: Plans to build 31-storey student tower above Victorian warehouse approved

Plans to build a 31-storey student tower on top of a Victorian warehouse have been approved by councillors. The Deptford building, which will provide 502 rooms for students as well as offices, was waved through by a Lewisham Planning Committee on Thursday.

The Netherlands: 200 apartments in Reeuwijkse Poort

The Reeuwijkse Poort is located between the Goudsestraatweg, the Oud Reeuwijkseweg and the A12. After the renovation of the offices on the A12 side, the offices on the Reeuwijkse Plassen side will be demolished and approximately 200 apartments will be built there. The apartments will have moorings with a direct boat connection to the Reeuwijkse Plassen.

Spain: Culmia takes three plots for 402 homes of the Catalan land institute

The Catalan organization has chosen the company, controlled by the American investment fund Oaktree, to build 402 rental homes in the old Montesa motorcycle factory in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona); seeking to transform an old industrial area into a modern residential neighborhood.
