UK, Glasgow: Dandara and Gamuda team up for Glasgow student scheme

UK, London: Planning granted for RAC CHP’s Newham PBSA

RAC CHP has secured planning for a new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in NewhamEast London. Extensive pre-application engagement with Newham Council, the local community and other key stakeholders was carried out prior to approval. Located in the Royal Albert Dock, RAD CHP will now transform two buildings from office space to a 457-bedroom PBSA development, which will comprise 210 studios12 one-bedroom apartments140 two-bedroom en-suite cluster rooms and 95 multi-bedroom en-suite cluster rooms.
