Italy, Milan: Harrison Street and Artisa Group JV acquires Viale Monza

Investment management firm Harrison Street launches a newly-formed programmatic joint venture with real estate development company Artisa Group, who have an established presence in the Swiss and European markets. The joint venture will see the acquisition of Viale Monza – a 260-unit residential development in Milan, Italy. Upon completion, Viale Monza will be managed by Swiss living operator City Pop, and will house both students and non-students.

A developer has secured planning permission to build an 11-storey student accommodation scheme on the site of a well-known Belfast night venue. FMN Properties Ltd is proposing 201 student units on the site of Filthy McNastys on the Dublin Road.

The under-construction £23 million Arcadian student scheme in Nottingham city centre has joined a new student accommodation portfolio. EVO Student is the latest brand launched by Homes for Students, the PBSA provider. Developed by Urbium Capital, Arcadian will include 293 en-suite and studio apartments and will be open to residents from next September.
