JTP has submitted plans for a stepped 7-to-21-storey tower in Ealing, west London, close to contentious high-rise plans for John Lewis. If approved, the Hastings Road student accommodation development will be delivered using offsite, 3D volumetric modular methods, following the demolition of a Majestic Wine outlet.

The INP Group has acquired the Kahrstege senior citizens' centre at Sundernstraße 41 in Haltern am See, North Rhine-Westphalia, for the "INP Deutsche Pflege Invest III". Built in 2002, the property offers 81 fully inpatient care places, divided into 63 single and nine double rooms. The operating company belongs to Auvictum Holding from Hanau. The Article 8 fund "INP Deutsche Pflege Invest III" now comprises 19 nursing homes, and further acquisitions are imminent. The total investment volume amounts to around 330 million euros.
