As part of the Expo Real 2022 conference, on Wednesday 5th October, Investment Briefings Ltd hosted a panel for investors & operators in student housing, micro-living and co-living from across Europe and UK.
It was our pleasure to meet those of you, who took part and joined our colleagues Martin Varga and Julia Momotiuk, as well as other industry experts.
Martin opened the session with a presentation focusing on recent developments as well as the outlook in the student housing asset class.
During his presentation, Martin shared the latest market data and insights into supply, demand, pipeline, student arrivals and occupancies, rent levels, transactions, yields, student preferences and other key PBSA metrics.
