Student Surveys

Introduction

Student surveys help to assess student-customer preferences and adjust product, marketing, and occupancies.

We do student surveys like no other research company, or our clients are able to do – old fashion street-level primary surveying of pre-selected group of students, hence, very strong results (margin of error less than 5%) that our clients may rely on (and thus, invest millions).

Student surveys are based on primary (in-field) data collection (in-person visits to universities and colleges in particular city) to scope out student needs, preferences, and perceptions. They allow investors to better understand the target audience, and thus, better shape its product.

Student surveys are conducted within a week or two (depending on the availability of target audience) and at a city level (one or more cities at the same time) with pre-set sample size (e.g. in a city like Barcelona, our clients prefer around 300 students to be interviewed, domestic or international, living in PBSAs or in the apartments).

Student surveys are typically delivered in a form of spreadsheets with up to 15 questions (based on the client’s needs and preferences) with in-depth analysis.
