Full City Report

Introduction

Full City Report is a dataset comprising dozens of KPIs per city on supply, demand, prices, pipeline, and regulations.

It gives a complete insight into a city where our clients may wish to invest. It is circa 4 times quicker than city scan and enables an assessment of viability or risk of investment in a particular city.

 Full City Reports, typically delivered in a form of spreadsheets, report and/or interactive maps, provide a very comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the market which is being considered by investors, funds, developers, and operators.

What this includes

In-depth research and data on 130 KPIs

  • Incl. detailed breakdowns of key metrics (domestic and international student population, student housing market, prices, regulations, full university list, full PBSAs database, incl. their services, facilities, amenities, pipeline).

Secondary (desk) research

  • Mystery shopping – visits to student residences to learn about their capacity and booking lead times.
  • Interviews with up to 30 stakeholders per project, such as university and PBSA representatives, real estate agencies, City Hall, Statistical office, etc.
