A highly-awaited online roundtable on the German senior living market discussing the latest data and insights into supply, demand, pipeline and investments took place on 21 April 2021. The event was hosted by Targa Communications and REFIRE.

The session started with a market snapshot presentation by Julia Momotiuk, Head of Senior Living Research at BONARD. Julia presented key findings from the recent German Senior Living Market Report, conducted by BONARD and Mozaïc Asset Management.

The following expert panel was joined by real estate investors, developers and operators covering Germany and Europe, altogether with Samuel Vetrak, CEO at BONARD, a global market research and advisory firm for the senior living and rented residential asset classes, who analysed the market through the lens of the recently released German Senior Living Market Report.
