During MIPIM in Cannes, on Wednesday, March 16, Real Asset Media hosted a panel for investors, developers and operators interested in the student housing, micro-living and co-living sectors.

The session, held in person as well as streamed online, was opened by Martin Varga, Head of Bussiness Development, BONARD, with a global market snapshot focused on the recent developments as well as the future outlook for the student housing and co-living asset classes.

He shared BONARD’s latest market data and insights into supply, demand, pipeline, student arrivals and occupancies, rent levels, transactions, yields, student preferences, portfolios and other key PBSA metrics.

Data from the presentation can be found in BONARD’s
Student Housing Annual Report 2021, which is now publicly available.
