BONARD

“After a decade in the market, we are pleased to be considered a leading provider of independent and reliable international education and student housing data and research.

Since we began in 2007, we have become the go-to address for governments, national agencies, destinations, and other study travel bodies, sector associations, education institutions (universities, high schools, language centres, etc.) as well as investors, funds, developers, or operators in student housing and other alternative real estate asset classes.

What our clients generally appreciate is how prudent and thorough our team of 40 analysts and researchers are; how hassle-free, efficient and timely our deliveries are; and how precise and unbiased our data and intelligence actually is − attributes rare given today’s information overload.

Whether it’s Market Research, Strategic Advisory, our research-driven Events, or our investment analyses in Student Housing, we are delighted that 66% of our clients actually come back and all our services have a constant, over 90%+, satisfaction rate.

Helping our clients and partners strategically develop, move forward, internationalise, or spend millions on buildings is a great challenge. This is what we enjoy working hard on every day.”

Why us, not you?

Many of our clients first came to us asking ‘Why they should hire BONARD instead of doing things on their own’. At that time, some of them had already had their small internal research teams developed; number of trade missions, fam tours or recruitment trips organised; or a team of regional representatives hired and trained.

Naturally, a majority of institutions would never change such DIY approach as they cannot see the real benefits of hiring an external supplier.

What our clients appreciate though is that they do not need to spend their precious extra time and money to manage any of these services on their own. Our support saves them the daily hassle and makes their lives easier. Thanks to our independence, long-term industry experience, cumulative market knowledge and intelligence as well as professional and result-driven staff, we are more time and cost-efficient than our clients could be.

Easier & faster access to data

Being an independent research company has its advantages: it is easier for us to approach governments, destinations, education providers, or investors who are more willing to share their knowledge and data.

Cumulative market knowledge & intelligence

Our team of 40 researchers monitors 260 secondary sources, of which dozens require paid access, attends 48 conferences annually to observe market trends, and conducts 1,100 individual meetings and 20,000 stakeholders’ interviews cumulatively per year.

Professional services & staff

Thanks to years of innovation and experience, our researchers, analysts, solution experts, event organizers or sales representatives are able to act promptly, with full and easy access to data, local authorities and partners or network of suppliers.

Why us, not others?

We conduct research − and research only. Our experts are certified researchers and analysts who comply with a research code of conduct. As an independent company focusing on research and data, we are in position to deliver unbiased and reliable data.
